John Lennon Speaks!
Dear NHMS Community
In the spirit of the new year, with its socio-political changes and consequent challenges, we are offering you an opportunity to hear the voice and wisdom of our “friends-in-spirit” who have offered their messages of hope and inspiration over the last twenty five years through the medium of our spiritual channel, Amy Gialuco, Director of the New Hope Metaphysical Society.
Over twenty five years ago, Amy had the unique opportunity to be the “voice for spirit” for various people who had passed away, during the 1960’s, 70’s and 80’s, who were very famous. During the years 1990-1993, she channeled lectures, monologues, and dialogues from such individuals as Eva Peron, John F. Kennedy, Albert Einstein, Martin Luther King, Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison and John Lennon.
All of these lectures were fascinating and insightful giving a fuller picture of the personality speaking through Ms. Bortner-Gialuco that one could never get through conventional media. John Lennon came through three or four times during those three years, twice during a birthday celebration in his honor (in Ms. Gialuco’s home.) He was very personable, witty, insightful, brilliant and irreverent. Ever the iconoclast, John’s words were outspoken and sometimes controversial.
For the first time ever, we are releasing these dialogues to the public and are honored to offer the words and wisdom of John Lennon today!
We have chosen a clip from his second lecture presentation which we feel is very timely today and very “spot-on” considering the current political climate. This (31 minute) clip is from an hour long presentation that he gave on October 19, 1991, in which he talks about his life and death and his personal philosophy about the world and his art , including his insights about America and our government.
We hope that you will enjoy this unique opportunity to listen to John Lennon from “beyond the veil” and savor his words and wisdom accordingly.

Amy Bortner-Gialuco, Director of the New Hope Metaphysical Society and the Members of the NHMS Board, Gary Schoenberg, John Gialuco, Chas Billera and Scott Allard, conducted a “spirit chat” which was a one and a half hour long conversation concerning the general subject of “politics and spirituality”.
The purpose of this conversation was to address certain questions, concerns and fears that have arisen since the presidential election from spiritual point of view, connecting to the collective consciousness from a Higher Self and I AM Presence perspective to give a more broader, in depth and hopefully positive perspective about our current political situation.
The conversation began by posing certain questions to the group and to the audience at large to consider for themselves. The first question that began the conversation was – “In light of the current political climate, is there an underlying spiritual purpose for the “State of the Union” as it is today? Are there lessons to be learned? Does all this political chaos and upheaval point to a time of change and ultimately great transformation or to a time of greater doom and destruction?”
